Metal parts are constantly exposed to harm from atmospheric agents and contaminants surrounding them. The application of the appropriate finishes efficiently protects these surfaces from such harm.
At GTS, we use the following processes to protect these surfaces:
The application of primers |

To metallic parts that require protection against corrosion, we apply an anti-rust primer. If established on the technical specification sheet, the product with the appropriate thickness is applied. If this is not specified, a universal primer is applied as temporary protection (shop primer). |
Metal Coating |
|

This process consists of applying a metal coating by means of electric arc projection using conductors of different alloys. The electric arc system fuses the alloy provided into wire form, using compressed air to apply the melted particles onto the surface to form a dense and perfectly adherent deposit. |
